Welcome to the Credit Acceptance Retail Store! 

This store has been designed for team members to purchase approved apparel and promotional items that reinforce our Company brand and showcase our PRIDE. 

 Below is a list of FAQs for reference. 

What is order turn around time?

For individual, paid items in stock the general turnaround time is 24-48 hours. For all custom orders time will be determined on an individual order basis

Who can place an order?

Any team member can place an order for apparel or promotional items. Custom orders will require additional purchase and design approval.

Are there refunds?

All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Elizabeth Lucius, elucius@creditacceptance.com.

How are items shipped?

In most cases, your order will ship directly from the factory producing the merchandise to expedite delivery and minimize delivery expense. Generally, the product will ship via UPS Ground and you will receive a shipment notification at the time of shipping.

What are ways to purchase items?

Some items are for sale and require payment at check out. Other orders will require a custom quote. A quote will be provided within 24 hours once the initial order has been submitted and then send invoice for payment once the order has been approved

Can we request the CA logo to be elsewhere other than the approved location?

Any custom design or alternative logo placements will require design approval by our brand & creative leaders.

If I do not see what I am looking for in the store, who do I contact?

How often will items be added to the store?

The suite of available products will be regularly evaluated to ensure availability and accessibility to new offerings.

Am I allowed to have my personal clothing embroidered with Credit Acceptance logos?

At this time, the distribution of the embroidery file is not approved. Please reach out if you have any questions.
